At cypruswalks our aim is to bring together private villa owners and experienced walking guides to give you a great walking holiday. We are not interested in making a commission on your flight.
We offer flexible arrival and departure days and firmly believe this flexibility enables you to “shop around” and find some great flight deals.
Flights to Cyprus are becoming more competitive than ever before and we are more than happy for you to take full advantage of this.
No. We believe this makes us unique. You select the arrival and departure dates from the available dates shown on our availability page. You can chose all 5 walks in a 7 day period commencing the day after you arrive or only those walks that appeal to you.
A minimum of 4 (unless the “small party supplement” applies) and a maximum of 10.
Of course larger parties can be catered for by prior arrangement. Please contact us for details.
Cypruswalks provides a bespoke and personal service. Like any walking itinerary a minimum number of persons are required to make a particular week viable. Unlike many organisations we have set this level at a very modest 4 persons. Payment of a modest additional payment of £6.50 per person per walk guarantees a walking itinerary will proceed for 3 persons only.
Of course as numbers in a particular week increase you will be advised the SPS no longer applies, unless of course, you want to guarantee a small party.
You should be physically fit and used to walking for most of the day. The pace will be leisurely but there are many hills and some terrain is rocky so surefootedness is required. A walking pole is recommended for some walks.
Less experienced walkers can be catered for but you should specify this at the time of booking to ensure a consistent level of experience/fitness within each group.
Yes. Your guides are English and live in Cyprus. They also speak French, some German and Greek.
Yes. You have 2 options. Either pay a £50 single supplement and enjoy your own private room or alternatively indicate you are happy to share a twin room and we will try and find someone to share with you so you only pay the basic accommodation rate. Either way you know your place is guaranteed.
We do not arrange travel insurance. We do however strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance before you travel.
